Welcome to FlipHunter. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the FlipHunter mobile application and web platform (the “Service”) operated by Skillled Ltd. trading as FlipHunter (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By creating an account, scanning an item, or purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

ESTIMATE ONLY: Prices are generated automatically via algorithmic valuation models and secondary market scraping. This is an indicative estimate, not a formal appraisal. Always physically inspect high-value items for authenticity, completeness, interior degradation, and micro-defects before finalizing any transaction. Use at your own risk.

Core Terms

•No Expert Appraisal: FlipHunter provides automated, machine-learning-driven estimates and secondary market web-scraping data indicators. The Service does not provide formal, legally binding, certified, or professional appraisals of any asset, antique, or luxury collectible.

•No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or reliability of any valuation, item identification, brand match, or historical pricing link generated by the Service. Market indices fluctuate rapidly; values displayed are an indicative algorithmic snapshot only.

•Transaction Risk: You acknowledge and agree that any buying, selling, trading, haggling, or sourcing decisions you make are executed strictly at your own risk. You assume full responsibility and financial liability for your choices.

•Exclusion of Financial Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skillled Ltd. (trading as FlipHunter), its directors, employees, partners, and software developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, capital, revenue, or cash margins resulting from overpaying or underselling an item based on an app estimate, or from purchasing counterfeit, fake, or misidentified goods.

•Liability Cap: Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall be strictly capped at the total amount of money you paid to us for your active subscription or Day Pass in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

•Physical Inspection Mandatory: You are legally required to use your own independent human judgment and physical inspection skills when closing a transaction.

•Micro-Defects and Authentication: You acknowledge that an algorithmic camera scan cannot detect hidden interior damage, dry rot, material degradation, missing interior components, reproduction parts, professional restorations, or advanced counterfeit hallmarks.

•Prohibited Scraping: You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract pricing tables, image assets, or backend code from our data arrays.

•User-Generated Content License: When you upload or take a photograph of an asset using our camera view, you grant Skillled Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to process, analyze, and use that image to train our computer-vision models and refine our pricing data layers. (All facial records or identifying domestic backgrounds are automatically blurred or discarded via our server processing protocol).

Appendix A — United States

The provisions in this Appendix A apply strictly to users who reside in or access the Service from the United States of America.

Appendix B — UK & Europe

The provisions in this Appendix B apply strictly to users who reside in or access the Service from the United Kingdom or the European Union.
