To provide automated field valuations, we must collect specific points of technical and personal data:

•Account Information: When you sign up via Email or Google Authentication, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture identifier.

•Scan & Vision Data: When you use your device's camera to scan an asset, we collect the raw image and the text search query strings you submit.

–Privacy Protection Note: Our servers automatically process images to blur or discard recognizable human faces or private domestic backgrounds before any long-term processing or model optimization occurs.

•Precise Geolocation Data: With your explicit device permission, we collect your precise latitude and longitude coordinates when an item is scanned. This is required to save local sourcing records to your history ("My Haul") and map regional marketplace trends.

•Payment Information: Financial transactions (such as Day Pass or Subscription purchases) are handled entirely by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play). We do not store or process your raw credit card numbers on our servers.

We utilize the collected data for the following essential business purposes:

•To authenticate your account and track your subscription plan status.

•To execute real-time secondary market valuations and process computer-vision object identification.

•To securely compile and maintain your personal local scan logging history.

•To refine our proprietary computer-vision models and optimize valuation accuracy.

•To comply with legal, corporate, and statutory tax obligations in the territories where we operate.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with verified third-party service providers necessary to operate the application infrastructure:

•Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure: Scan images and query strings are securely transmitted via API to Google Gemini API endpoints to extract market pricing variables.

•Database & Hosting Providers: Your profile, history arrays, and coordinates are stored on encrypted cloud servers provided by Supabase / AWS.

•Payment Gateways: Email and transaction amounts are shared with Stripe or App Store merchant engines to process secure billing.
